Raised in Burgundy amongst fine wines and delicious mushrooms, Loïc first became passionate about food by way of his grandmother's famous sautéed potatoes made for him every Wednesday.

Having racked up over 15 years' experience spanning all types of  cuisine, he has learnt techniques from Australia to the Alps, in both brasseries and

5* luxury hotels.


Loïc discovered his real love is for great ingredients; working with the seasons and local producers.

He prides himself on simple dishes, done well, with a good dollop of gourmet on the side.

Swapping her native London roots for her beloved France 15years ago, Juliette

has worked in hotels and restaurants from Paris to Porquerolles.

An avid traveller, her passion is for fresh new flavours and local delicacies.
